What I Eat in a Day For Weight Loss || HCLF Vegan
Here it what I usually eat for maximum weight loss! This is when I feel my best and have the most energy to tackle my day and work out. I forgot to mention the importance of hydrating yourself as well! Do not starve yourself or eat less for the sake of losing weight because it is not a long -term solution. Instead, choose to eat abundantly of WHOLE PLANT FOODS!
