One week until our due date! In preparation for Baby, we stocked up on all of winter’s seasonal best at our local Holiday Harvest Farmers’ Market and the grocery store. Join us as we take you with us, and share how we like to use everything we brought home, with a peak into our refrigerator and pantry!
On a whole foods, plant-based lifestyle, we primarily shop the produce section at the grocery store, and try to buy as many local fruits and veggies as possible. Especially while pregnant, and during the winter months, it is extra important to take vitamins, supplements, and superfoods, and eat the rainbow to boost the immune system during cold and flu season!
