We grabbed some I Heart Keenwah Toasted Quinoa for these Tasty VEGAN Buddha Bowls – VegInspired Style!
Buddha Bowls: trending term, used interchangeably to describe any bowl filled with nourishing plant-based foods. Well, at least that is our definition. We love the VegInspired Buddha Bowl which we fill with grains, greens, fresh veggies, beans (mostly chickpeas), and then drizzle on a healthy and delicious sauce.
Balsamic Tahini Sauce
You can never have enough scrumptious, healthy sauces for your Buddha Bowls.
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Mix all ingredients.
