This is such a simple recipe to make, you can whip it up in under 15 minutes, you can really taste the moroccan spices and toghether with the wild mushrooms it has this earthy, nutty flavor. Also I used first time Gungo peas, are so tasteful and a good source of protein, rich in fibre wich is esential to maintain our digestive health; and let me tell you…apricots in this recipe… so YUM 😋 I should use them more often in my recipes 🤩🤩🤩
